Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania and transfer to the hotel
On your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) a member of our staff will be holding a placard of Parks Africa Safaris. After welcome note, you will then be transferred to your hotel in Arusha where you will spend the first night at Grand Melia Hotel Arusha.
Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Your Parks Africa Safaris professional safari guide will pick you from your accommodation center at the morning after breakfast. You will have a medium safari drive to Tarangire National Park approximately two hours and a half hour on good tarmac road while making stories for more content sharing. Tarangire National Park contain variety of wildlife both big and small, the park is popular for high elephant population you may see them roaming around in the bush searching food and relaxation. During dry season see them heading to the river just enjoying the pure drinks and cooling themselves from the hot sun during daytime. The park also contains over 500 bird species and beautiful landscape nourished with baobab trees that stand as tower in the savannah land, this ancient baobab trees play a vital role in ecosystem used as habitat for bees, birds and bats, also it has beautiful fruits and store water hence provide support during dry season. Later you will drive to your Lodge in Karatu for Dinner and Overnight.
Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park
After a breakfast in the morning, you will take safari drive to Lake Manyara a small but diverse and amazing national park. Lake Manyara National Park offers a wildlife memorable experience from the rift valley soda lake to the woodlands and steep mountainsides surrounded with habitats. The park is popular for unusual condition of the lions who climb the trees and elephants’ herds established for protection. The park has authentic shore which is a beautiful accommodation and attraction for birds over 400 species see them in waterfowl and migrants. Also, other animal moving around the shore like buffalo, cheetah, giraffe, and impala. Therefore, after a full wonderful day inside the park will make a short drive to your accommodation center at Karatu.
Day 4: Serengeti National Park
Serengeti is a spectacular and mostly famous national park in Tanzania. The park is popular for its vast open grasslands which allow for excellent and amazing sighting of wildlife. Serengeti is among of seven world cultural heritage and it’s popular for wildebeest, antelope and zebra migration to Masai mara Kenya looking for fresh grazing. Therefore, the you will be able to see the migration from July to October or December to February.
Day 5: Serengeti National Park
Today you will have your second day full game drive in Serengeti. Serengeti National Park is a one of the oldest and famous ecosystems in the earth where by the climate and biodiversity found remain iconic for bright future. In this day you will spend time in the park to explore big five and another animal in the park. It is a great opportunity for you to see the predators on action. There will be a fully game drive in the park with picnic lunch.
Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast in the morning there will be a safari drive from Serengeti to Ngorongoro conservation area. You will descend in 600 meters deep a 20kms across, and 300 sq kms caldera which is a breathtaking experience for the game drive. This magnificent crater is one of the most densely crowded African wildlife areas in the world and is home to an estimated 30,000 animals including some of Tanzania’s last remaining Black Rhino. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro crater support a vast variety of animals, which include herds of Wildebeest, Zebra, Buffalo, Eland, Warthog, Hippo, and giant African Elephants. Another uniqueness of the crater is its huge population of predators, which include Lions, Hyenas, Jackals, Cheetahs and the ever-elusive Leopard. In the afternoon, you will enjoy your picnic lunch at the Hippo pool. Later, you will continue with afternoon game drive for 2-3hours then after you will ascend to the top of the crater and proceed to your accommodation for dinner and night stay at Karatu.
Day 7: Karatu to Airport
Final destination day here by according to client timetable we will drop off to Arusha Town, Airport, Kilimanjaro depend on your travel plan. We hope you have enjoyed your luxury safari with Parks Africa Safaris.
